The customer is entitled to return the purchased products, free of charge, except for the cost of returning the products, and without obligation to announce the reason for which he wishes to return them, exercising his right of withdrawal as follows: The customer owes - within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product - to inform the company of his decision to withdraw either by sending to the company a clear statement of his decision to withdraw (eg a letter to be sent to the company by post or e-mail) or by using and sending to the company the withdrawal form he will find on this website.
If the customer sends his withdrawal statement electronically, the company will send him a confirmation of receipt of his withdrawal on a fixed medium (e.g. e-mail). In order for the customer to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send the statement on the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.
In case of withdrawal, according to the above, the customer is obliged to return the respective products without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he announced to the company his decision to withdraw. The deadline is considered to have been met if the customer returns the products before the end of the 14 calendar day period. The customer is charged with the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns will only be accepted if the products are in exactly the same condition in which they were received by him, i.e. without being unsealed or having their packaging damaged. Along with the return of the products, the customer is obliged to return intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product.
The site will refund the money corresponding to these products within 14 calendar days from the day the site was notified of the customer's decision to withdraw. The site is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the products back. The Website will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that the Customer used for its initial transaction with it, unless the Customer has expressly indicated otherwise.
To avoid any inconvenience, the website advises customers to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (such as a broken product). We clarify that returns are charged by the customer. In case there is a recipient charge, the parcel will not be received and will be returned.
