EKO SLIDE lubricants show excellent performance in smoothing the phenomenon of intermittent movement (flickering, stick-slip), which occurs in components that carry large forces and move very slowly, when under these conditions the lubricating film breaks, resulting in in metal to metal contact. They contain special adhesion additives that allow them to adhere firmly to sliding surfaces so that there is no metal contact and they exhibit rapid separation from water-based cutting fluids. They provide excellent wear protection and satisfactory thermal stability and oxidation resistance, thus meeting the lubrication requirements of machine tool gears and hydraulic systems.
